The Quest

A portfolio illustration I completed as part of Giuseppe Castellano's excellent Illustration Department Three Week Illustration Workshop.

Time Taken: Between 25 and 30 hours all together
References: Pose reference my own, and I looked a lot of images found via google image search, just to check what donkeys and drystone walls look like. No direct references. 
Media: FW Artists Acrylic Ink, Winsor & Newton watercolours and Prismacolor pencils on Moleskine watercolour paper.
