And now for something completely different!
(Full View please - the small view looks icky
This is a mixed-media piece based on a photograph I took for a Uni assignment mid last year. The original can be found in my scraps here: [link]
The assignment was in black and white, but I had a coloured camera with me, and I loved the way the light was affected by the umbrella, and took a few colour photos.
This was started about 6 months ago, and was left on hold during Uni time, so I've just finished it. This isn't really the best way to view it - it looks best in person, from a slight distance, but I don't think it looks too bad.
Size: 27 x 33cm
Materials: Cartridge Paper, Indian Ink, Prismacolour Pencils, fine uniball eye pen (black)
Time Taken: Probably in the region of about 20-25 hours
Photoshop: Levels etc, watermarking and border.
