My favourite to date, I think. I'm awfully proud of it
 I was originally going to draw Rita smiling, just a head & shoulders portrait, but I thought this image better represented her screen persona. And I loved the contrast, even though I did serious (if only temporary) damage to my shoulder getting the darks dark enough, holding up my completing it for three days  Size: Slightly under A3 Materials: Mechanical pencil with 0.5 #B lead, #2B pencil, #8B Graphite Pencil, blending stumps, tissues, plastic eraser and kneadable eraser Time taken: Somewhere around 20 hours, give or take Post Work: Scan-knitting, level adjustment, border and watermark in Photoshop Enjoy, and please comment. I'd like to know what you think.  Just a note to everyone who faved this, or another deviation of mine, or added me to their watch list, after this recieved a DD. I'm truly overwheled by your support, and while I would like to visit all of you, I really haven't the time, so I shall just say "Thankyou" here. I have managed to reply to comments, however. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
