Artist's Comments
I'd been meaning to draw her for some time, found a few interesting pictures, and settled on this one. It took me a while to finish it though- I was a bit scared about the camera, with all its circles and straight lines, but, having finally plucked up courage to finish it, I think it turned out quite well!
 The shading is a bit muddy (our air-conditioner does rather evil things to sketchbook paper), but the overall fading-out effect in the photograph seems to have translated quite well. Please tell me what you think.  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. You can think of anything you want, just make sure you still respect the theme. You can choose to illustrate dreams, nightmares or even both of them. Anything you want!
