100 Days of Old Movies

Description

I recently completed the 100 Day Challenge on social media. My personal challenge was to create a sketch of an actor or actress in an old movie every day for 100 days. In total I drew 102 actors and actresses, 81 different ones from 47 films. I didn't feature any screen couple more than once, but some people doubled-up. I didn't worry too much about perfect likenesses, as all of these were done as quickly as possible. The aim was to increase my speed, not to be perfect.

You can see all the stats for this, as well as individual posts with details on all the movies I featured (and larger versions of each couple), on my blog: alene-art.blogspot.com.au/2016…

You did an amazing amount of detail on this. Amazing job! I love all the little Leslie Howards especially (he is one of my favorite actors).
